1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NotForResale website and its related services, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we invite you not to use the site or our services.

These terms govern the use of the site, products, and services provided by Not For Resale LLC, including online sales, communications, and transactions.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—logos, images, text, graphics, videos, designs, multimedia files, and source code—is the exclusive property of Not For Resale LLC or licensed for use.

5. Pricing and Payments

The prices indicated on the site are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Not For Resale LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time; the prices applied to an order are those in effect at the time of purchase confirmation.

Payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store card data directly. All financial data is handled in compliance with international payment security regulations.

6. "2nd Item at 50% Off" Promotion

The promotion is applied automatically at checkout: by adding two or more items to your cart, the lower-value item receives a 50% discount. The promotion is valid on the entire catalog unless otherwise indicated, cannot be combined with other discount codes, and may be suspended at any time.

7. Shipping

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Shipping costs €5.90 in Italy and Europe. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on the carrier and destination area.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return conditions are detailed in our Return Policy. You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

9. Limitation of Liability

Not For Resale LLC will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or purchased products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

All products are offered "as is" except where otherwise provided by mandatory law. The use of services is at the user's sole risk.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA). For disputes, the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

For users residing in the European Union, disputes may be resolved through the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Not For Resale LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by posting the updated version on the site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other policies published on the site, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Not For Resale LLC.
